As an Elder Law Attorney, you will provide legal services tailored to the unique needs and concerns of elderly individuals and their families

You will handle a range of legal matters affecting older adults, including estate planning, guardianship, Medicaid planning, or probate

Your role is crucial in ensuring that elderly clients receive the support and protection they need to navigate complex legal issues and safeguard their assets and well-being

Client Consultation and Representation: Meet with clients to assess their legal needs and provide expert advice on matters related to elder law, including guardianship, probate, estate planning, or Medicaid

Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court hearings, mediation sessions, and negotiations with opposing parties

Legal Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of developments in elder law, probate, estate planning, guardianship, and Medicaid regulations

Conduct legal research to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective legal strategies for clients

Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional obligations in all aspects of legal practice

Drafting Estate Planning Documents: Prepare legal documents tailored to the client's specific needs and create strategies to ensure desired outcomes

Client Education: Educate clients on the practice area and laws specific to their needs and desired outcomes and benefits
