Description:

A National Law Firm, a National Plaintiff's Law Firm, is seeking a full-time Document Review attorney to assist in a complex litigation matter. Candidates must be licensed to practice, and in good standing with any U.S. jurisdiction.

Length of Project - Minimum of 1 year

Salaried position with full benefits package, 401k, paid holidays, etc.

Remote position

Anticipated start date - as soon as possible

Duties:
  • Review and analyze legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings
  • Identify relevant information and key terms within the documents
  • Conduct legal research to support document review process
  • Prepare summaries and reports based on document review findings
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to provide support in negotiations and litigation processes

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  • Proficient in conducting legal research using online databases and resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior electronic document review experience and experience with Relativity software is preferred, though not required. Note: Experience in negotiating or litigating legal matters is preferred but not required for this position.
