Description:

A Veteran Owned Business has an opening for a highly motivated Document Review Attorney/ E- discovery in support of a Federal Law Enforcement Client located in Arlington, VA in the Office of Chief Counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
  • Experience working with Relativity
  • Experience with Keyword searches
  • Experience with eDiscovery
  • Experience with redaction
  • Privileged log review
  • Review materials and propose redactions from expert reports, testimony, etc.
  • Research, interpret and analyze data to ensure it accurately reflects the policies of the organization/agency.
  • Create spreadsheets of analyzed data for relevant terms and information to be distributed and presented to Chief Counsel
  • Participate in discussions, meetings, conferences, and conference calls with agency administrative, business analysts, technical personnel, and other federal agency officials.
  • Work independently to review and prepare documents addressing unconventional issues and/or problems affecting the program; work to identify trends and areas for improvements in procedures.

Education and Experience:
  • Master's Degree and 10 years of experience, Juris Doctorate preferred with 10 years of experience.
  • Federal regulation and policy experience
  • Strong writing, analytical, and research skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently with minimal direction
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook), technology systems, and communication tools
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills; excellent proofreading skills
  • Professional demeanor

Abilities and Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in manipulating data in Excel preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task; detail oriented; be observant and anticipate operational needs
  • Excellent problem solver and able to handle difficult situations
  • Knowledge of a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to conduct related research and assessment projects;

Security Requirements:
Security Clearance Level: Public Trust
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
  • Successful Pass of A Veteran Owned Business Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
