Remote Considered Select States (CA, IL, MI, MN, TX, D.C., WI)Dykema is seeking fully remote Discovery Staff Attorneys to join its National Discovery Counsel team. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience handling written discovery in state and federal courts, with a particular focus on automotive-related litigation. This role requires proficiency in drafting responses to discovery requests, reviewing technical documents, and drafting discovery-related motions. Experience with breach of warranty matters and managing large dockets across multiple jurisdictions is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines, and strong written and oral advocacy skills. Location is flexible, and remote candidates will be considered in states where Dykema maintains offices, including California, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Texas, Washington, D.C., and Wisconsin. Admission to at least one state bar is required. Likely salary range: $120,000-$135,000 annually. Exact compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including years of practice, relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
