Description:

Stalwart Law Group, a highly respected boutique civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, specializing in the representation of injured victims, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Discovery Attorney to support our Personal Injury litigation team.

This role focuses on building strong injury cases through strategic written discovery, document review, and damages development. The Discovery Attorney will play a critical role in uncovering liability, establishing damages, and holding defendants and insurance carriers accountable.

Draft, review, and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission with an emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and strategic positioning. Prepare discovery responses in compliance with court rules and deadlines. Review and analyze opposing parties' discovery responses and productions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years as a California State Bar licensed Attorney
Experience with discovery-related motion drafting
Strong understanding of civil procedure and discovery rules
Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong collaboration and communication skills
