Description:

Position Summary: The Director of Compliance will report to the Executive Director of Employment Law, Employee Relations, and Compliance and will create strategies and procedures to keep the district in compliance with state and federal employment and education laws. This role will ensure that the district's employment practices, and accreditation policies
comply with state, federal and OSDE requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and a license to practice law in the State of Oklahoma is strongly preferred

Experience:
  • Experience in law, business operations, finance, accounting, economics and other related fields of compliance management

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
  • Knowledge of District policies, regulations, practices and procedures related to employees and Talent Management functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
