This is your chance to be part of an in-house Legal team at a top global hospitality company! As a Counsel, Commercial Services Pricing & Antitrust, you will provide advice to help ensure Hilton remains compliant with its policies and applicable law amidst a rapidly changing global business environment. On the Commercial Services & Technology Legal team reporting to Senior Director & Senior Counsel, Commercial Services (Pricing & Antitrust), you will support projects including supporting revenue management initiatives and strengthening antitrust and competition-law compliance for pricing-related work.

What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Provide legal counsel to Revenue Management teams on pricing-related initiatives, deliverables, and operational changes.
  • Advise on antitrust and competition-law considerations related to pricing practices, pricing tools, and related business processes.
  • Review and advise on documents, communications, and materials that touch legally sensitive pricing or competition-risk topics.
  • Help develop and maintain practical guidance, guardrails, and training materials for pricing and antitrust compliance.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner closely with Revenue Management stakeholders to provide fast-turn, practical guidance that enables business execution.
  • Coordinate with internal legal colleagues and compliance partners on issue-spotting, escalation, and consistent guidance.
  • Work with outside counsel as needed while maintaining internal oversight and alignment with Hilton's business context.
  • Work with Government Affairs and other stakeholders to monitor global regulatory changes that may impact Hilton's business operations, including trends related to algorithmic pricing, disclosure requirements, and dynamic pricing.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Ownership of assigned pricing and antitrust counseling workstreams, including establishing and maintaining practical compliance guardrails.
  • Ownership of selected training and internal guidance materials to support scalable compliance for pricing-related initiatives.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) and admitted to practice law, active and in good standing, with the Virginia State Bar, or with another U.S. state bar and registered or eligible to be registered as in-house counsel with the Virginia State Bar.
  • Five plus (5+) years of relevant legal experience, including antitrust/competition counseling and commercial support.
  • Experience advising business partners on competition-law risk in a practical, solutions-oriented manner.
  • Willing to travel 10-20%, as needed.

It would be useful if you have:

  • In-house and/or law firm experience supporting pricing, revenue management, analytics, or similarly data-driven teams.
  • Experience creating or operationalizing antitrust compliance guidance, training, or review workflows.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with international antitrust and competition laws.
