We are seeking an associate with 3 to 6 years of experience and a strong understanding of commodities laws to join our Financial Services group. Our team is a leading adviser to financial services firms, asset managers and investment funds, representing clients that range from small start-up and boutique operations to some of the world's largest financial institutions. We advise clients on a wide range of fund structures and regulatory matters, including cross-border registration, regulatory examinations and enforcement, broker-dealer matters, commodities and derivatives regulation, and issues involving blockchain and digital assets. Our practice is among the largest in the industry, and we've been innovating in this arena for 50 years, ensuring that we are always at the forefront in today's asset management space.

Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.

We are looking for:

Knowledge of the Commodities Exchange Act and Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulations
Experience with matters impacting commodities and derivative market participants and infrastructure providers
Digital assets and/or fintech experience a plus
Large law firm or regulatory agency experience preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
