Incumbent serves as Deputy Public Defender handling Juvenile/CHINS cases at the Juvenile Justice Center

Qualifications:
This position is part-time, non-exempt, and is covered under the Saint Joseph County Employee Policy Manual. Applicant must have experience level pursuant to State Public Defender Guidelines.

Applicant must complete a six- hour CHINS Certification Course offered by the Indiana Public Defenders Council

Education/Experience:
Licensed Indiana Attorney in Good Standing with the Indiana Supreme Court. Public Defender qualifications available at Public Defender Office
