Experience:
At least four years of progressively responsible experience in criminal or municipal law for Deputy Prosecuting Attorney II or seven years for Deputy Prosecuting Attorney III

Education/Training:
- Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree
- Juris Doctorate from an American Bar Association approved law school or satisfactory completion of the APR 6 Clerkship
- Successful passage of the Washington State Bar Examination
