Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Deposition Attorney on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience defending applicant depositions, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent clients with professionalism and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and defend applicant depositions on behalf of our clients
- Prepare clients for testimony and provide clear guidance throughout the process
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and staff
- Maintain professionalism and strong advocacy in all proceedings
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar License (required)
- Prior experience in Workers' Compensation law preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to deposition locations
- Strong organizational and client-communication skills
