A Consumer Retail Banking & Financial Services Litigation Law Firm is looking for a talented associate to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury and/or insurance defense. The position will be hybrid. Must be barred in Texas.Job Description:
- Conduct research and writing.
- Respond to discovery.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Attend court hearings.
- Conduct mediations.
- Prepare for and attend trials.
Requirements:
- Must have a great work ethic and work well within a team.
- Must be proactive, responsible, diligent, and responsive.
- Must have strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Spanish fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) is strongly preferred.
- Must be barred in Texas state courts.
- Texas federal court admission is strongly preferred.
