Description:

A Multidisciplinary, International Law Firm is seeking a senior-level attorney to join our Litigation business unit in California. The attorney can be local to Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco. All candidates must have 10+ years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

Familiarity with state, federal and international data privacy laws including CCPA/GDPR
Experience defending data breach class actions, privacy torts and statutory claims (IRPA/BIPA/VPPA/CIPA), pixel tracking, and wiretap cases preferred
Extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
