Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Carry a felony and misdemeanor caseload from arraignment through verdict.
- Prepare and try jury trials, including serious felonies.
- Handle motions, preliminary hearings, and sentencing.
- Receive direct mentorship from an attorney with over 30 years of jury trial experience.
Qualifications:
- Active California State Bar member in good standing.
- Jury trial experience (prosecution or defense or family).
- Strong courtroom presence, writing, and judgment under pressure.
