The Law Office of Jesse Hernandez is looking to add another dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney to our team. We are seeking a compassionate, driven and ambitious Criminal Defense Trial Attorney to join us in our San Antonio office. Key Responsibilities:

Making a top-notch first impression with potential new clients (PNCs)
Conducting phone appointments and interacting with clients in the office
Gathering information to determine a prospective client's needs and appropriately quoting fees for representation
Communicating with various courts in the area
Approving legal contracts (in collaboration with the Intake team)
Operating client management software
Writing briefs and conducting legal research
Appearing in court for hearings and trials
Managing your own docket and schedule appropriately

This position will help you gain extensive experience handling a wide variety of criminal defense cases from DWI to Murder cases. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in the field and will be prepared to enter any fast-paced, high stakes work environment following your time in the position.
