Location: Denver, CO (I-25 & Colorado Blvd)
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (DOE) + Performance-Based Bonuses
Start Date: January 2026 (earlier start available for the right candidate)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in criminal law
Position Type: Full-time, in-office (remote flexibility after integration)

Preferred but not required:

Spanish speaking
Prior DA or PD experience
Family law experience

What You'll Do:

Represent clients in criminal matters ranging from traffic to serious felony cases across Colorado (primarily Denver Metro)(if you don't have district court experience, that is ok, we will train you).
Our intake specialist will onboard the client and assign it to a paralegal/attorney team. You will be expected to maintain communication with the client throughout the case and will be responsible for moving the case forward.
Conduct hearings, motions, and jury trials. In criminal defense you'll be in court often; from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, from Georgetown to Greeley. We take cases further out and while you may have to drive to court, most of the rural jurisdictions permit virtual appearances.
Communicate proactively with clients, ensuring they understand every stage of their case. We do not wait for a client to reach out to us and then react. Time management is imperative.
Collaborate with a team that values continuous improvement, detailed preparation, and shared success. We give and take feedback regularly, so you must be receptive to feedback.
We use KPIs (key performance indicators) to identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement. You must be comfortable with using metrics to improve and receive performance-based bonuses/feedback.

A trial-driven attorney with at least 2 years of criminal law experience.
Eager to learn systems that make representation efficient and effective.
Strong in time management, communication, and client rapport.
