Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Criminal Defense and Traffic Violations Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to practice criminal defense and traffic law.
Duties:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in criminal and traffic law.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft and review various legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in various legal matters.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings.
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation within the law office.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association.
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: criminal cefense and traffic violations
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in legal research tools.
- Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
