Description:

Todd & Weld LLP seeks an associate with at least 3 years of experience in government investigations, as a trial prosecutor, or as a criminal defense attorney. Candidates must have actual criminal court trial experience, in addition to a commitment to the principle of zealous advocacy in the representation of persons in criminal cases. Candidates should desire to develop an active criminal trial practice and be eager to take responsibility for a varied criminal caseload with significant client contact.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in criminal defense, prosecution, or government investigations
  • Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Federal Court experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated excellence in legal research and writing
  • Candidates must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts
