Our experienced law firm is looking for the right attorney candidate to practice and oversee the criminal defense and family law sections of our firm for our Missoula office location. We are seeking an attorney with at least 3 years experience to bring their talents to our firm and prosper.Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Attorney admitted to the Montana Bar to join our legal team. Must have experience in the specific fields of Criminal Defense law as well as Family / Divorce law. This opportunity is paying top base salary plus bonus incentives for a very lucrative position with full benefits. This is a full time position that requires the candidate to be present in the office during normal business hours.
This position will be responsible for the practice and supervision of the Criminal Defense and Family law wing of the Missoula office, and will come with plenty of support staff to assist the candidate. This candidate will also work closely with the firm's Bozeman office and attorneys in a team approach.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Montana State Bar
- Proven experience in legal drafting, research, and litigation
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in Criminal Defense and Family Law areas of law.
