- Represent Clients in Both Misdemeanor and Felony Cases.
- Developing Effective Defense Strategies and Negotiate Favorable Plea Agreements with Prosecutors.
- Taking Cases to Jury Trial when Needed.
- Effectively Communicating with Clients About Their Legal Rights, Options, and Potential Consequences of Various Courses of Action.
- Managing Case Files Efficiently While Maintaining Compliance with Law Firm Procedures and Deadlines.
About You:
- Jd Degree from An Accredited Law School as Well as Admission to The Texas State Bar with A Valid License to Practice Law.
- Minimum of 2 Years of Criminal Law Experience Either as A Prosecutor or Defense Attorney.
- Proven Experience with Jury Trials, Including Felonies.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
