Responsibilities:
As a Responsible Attorney, you will manage a caseload based on Illinois jurisdictions and be responsible for:
- Appearing in court for hearings, motions, and trials
- Meeting with clients to review discoveries and negotiate resolutions
- Communicating with prosecutors, judges, and court staff
- Conducting legal investigations and drafting pleadings and motions
- Handling consultations with potential new clients
- Providing legal analysis and advice throughout the case lifecycle
- Collaborating with colleagues and staff to resolve matters efficiently
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date case files
You will report to the Supervising Attorney and collaborate closely with the Client Care Team to deliver ean xcellent client experience.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Illinois law license (required)
- Strong technology and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities

Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
