Description:Burr & Forman has an immediate opening in our Wilmington, DE office for an experienced associate within our Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy group. This position requires a J.D. degree and membership in the Delaware State Bar. The associate will be responsible for handling all aspects of our practice in Delaware, specializing in corporate bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters, as well as commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Successful candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong research, writing, organizational, and analytical skills. Candidates must be qualified to practice law in Delaware.
