Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join our Creditors' Rights practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who has experience in a litigation environment in both state and federal court. Your role in this firm would include meaningful interactions with sophisticated business and financial institution clients, as well as working with a collegial team that values professional development and long-term growth. You will play a pivotal role in managing legal proceedings, conducting thorough research, and drafting precise legal documents to support our clients' interests. This position is integral to maintaining our commitment to excellence in legal service delivery and client satisfaction.
Duties:
- Represent creditors in a variety of collection and enforcement matters, including business, commercial, and consumer claims
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents in state and federal courts
- Manage cases from initial demand through judgment and post-judgment enforcement
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients on creditor remedies
- Appear at hearings and collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient and practical solutions for clients
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar membership in the Oregon State Bar (or ability to waive in)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in house setting
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and independently

Pay: $87,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
