Court Attorney for Asylum and Deportation DefenseWe are seeking compassionate, proactive individuals committed to immigrants' rights. Ideal candidates are organized, flexible, and able to manage competing deadlines. A willingness to learn and contribute to something meaningful is essential. While attendance at some USCIS interviews may be required, this position primarily focuses on Immigration Court.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and admitted to practice law in any state Bar. We need individuals who can attend court immediately.
- Preferred but not required: the ability to communicate in Hindi, Punjabi, Portuguese or Spanish
This is an attorney position (not a law clerk or legal assistant role). Applicants must be admitted to the bar of any U.S. state.
Most of our staff works a hybrid schedule. Our physical office is located at 100 Bush Street in San Francisco.
