Fauquier County, Virginia is recruiting for the position of County Attorney. This position will serve at the pleasure of the Board of Supervisors in partnership with the County Administrator. The County Attorney provides legal and litigation assistance to the County's boards, commissions, departments, Constitutional Officers and agencies. A preferred candidate must have at 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney and at least 5 years of experience as a counsel to a Virginia local government.
