As a Counsel within PNC's Corporate Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia PA; Birmingham, AL; Cleveland, OH; Washington, D.C.

We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience practicing in the area of trusts and estates in a law firm or fiduciary practice, counseling high net-worth individuals, advising fiduciaries and handling sophisticated trust, estate and tax matters. The candidate should have experience drafting and/or reviewing complex estate planning documents, nonjudicial agreements and probate and trust probate court filings, as well as preparing and reviewing fiduciary accountings. Strong research and drafting skills are required, and the candidate should have familiarity with federal transfer.

Job Description:
  • Identifies and manages legal risk for the organization.
  • Conducts research, provides procedural legal advice, and participates in the support and resolution of significant legal matters.
  • Provides enterprise perspective and partnership to inside and outside legal counsel.
  • Reviews and prepares transactional and other routine legal documentation.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary
: $80,000.00 – $232,050.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
