1 year of legal experience

Job Summary:
As Counsel, you'll work as part of the Legal team on matters involving many types of law and compliance, such as business law, employment law, contractual agreements, insurance regulatory compliance and any type of law pertaining to that specific business.

Responsibilities:

Draft and prepare legal documents
Research and advise on policies, procedures, statutes and regulations
Negotiate settlements and transactions
Work with vendors to provide guidance and resolve compliance issues
