Description:
We are seeking a full-time or part-time counsel with 4-7 years of experience to join our Pensions, Benefits & Investments Group in any of our office locations. Candidates should have corporate/transactional experience and excellent academic credentials. Experience with real estate transactions is helpful but not required. We offer a collegial, hybrid work environment. Qualified candidates will have superb research and writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, work well as part of a team and be willing to take ownership over significant projects. Candidates must be admitted to the Bar in the state in which they apply.The salary range for the position of 4-7 Year Counsel at Nossaman is $140,000 and $180,000 annually. The successful candidate's salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate's qualifications and experience.
