Qualifications:
- J.D. or equivalent degree
- Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
- At least five years of experience practicing law, including at least three years of regulatory experience in the energy, utility, or other highly regulated sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop subject matter expertise, strategic thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively within various levels of the Company and across all disciplines.
- Experience handling administrative litigation processes.
- Ability to conduct legal research.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills: and ability to influence and professionally interact with employees and external stakeholders.
