What You'll DoJoin our A Global Financial Investment Management and Insurance Company Infrastructure team as Counsel to provide expert legal guidance in structuring, financing, regulatory, and transactional matters that support A Global Financial Investment Management and Insurance Company Asset Management's growing infrastructure platform. You'll play a vital role in driving sophisticated infrastructure projects and fostering client relationships to ensure our continued success.
- Lead and managing documentation and negotiation of financing transactions for infrastructure projects, including structured finance, 144A transactions, and private placements related to construction, acquisition, and development
- Provide strategic legal advice on project financing and regulatory compliance to support innovative infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with business partners to fuel client-facing growth by negotiating investment management agreements and advising on private fund structures
- Serve as a trusted legal advisor on diverse infrastructure transactions while navigating complex legal and business frameworks

Who You Are:
- 5+ years of legal experience (minimum for this level); 8+ years preferred for the next level
- Experience in Private Project Finance and Infrastructure Law, with 10+ years of related experience as a bonus
- Expertise with global laws and regulations impacting infrastructure financing and development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while excelling independently
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal matters into actionable insights
- Strong judgment and professionalism in applying legal knowledge to business scenarios
- Informal leadership experience
