The Role:
This Is a Counsel Position Focused on Client Relationship Management and Client-Side Discovery Across Our Consumer Class Action Matters. You Will Serve as The Primary Point of Contact for Class Representative Clients, Guiding Them Through Every Phase of Litigation and Ensuring They Are Prepared and Supported Throughout the Process. - Conduct Initial Client Vetting and Intake Interviews
- Maintain Client Relationships Through Litigation, Including Educating Clients About Their Role as Class Representatives
- Oversee Collection and Review of Client Documents During the Discovery Phase
- Manage Collection, Imaging, and Organization of Client Document Productions
- Prepare Initial Drafts of Client Discovery Responses
- Prepare Clients for Deposition
- Defend Client Depositions, as First or Second Chair
Qualifications:
Required:
- J.D. from An Accredited Law School; Admitted in At Least One U.S. Jurisdiction
- At Least 2 Years of Civil Litigation Experience, Ideally in Class Action Litigation
- Sincere Desire and Ability to Focus on Client Interaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Genuine Empathy for Clients
- Comfort and Enthusiasm in Advising Clients in Complex Litigation
- Genuine Commitment to Consumers' Rights and Plaintiff-Side Litigation
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Discovery Collection, Document Review, and Imaging
- Prior Class Action Litigation Experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- Depending on Experience, $115k to $150k Annual Salary Plus Annual Discretionary Bonus
