Corporate/M&A Associate Attorney with
3-5 years relevant experience to support busy and growing corporate
transactional practice. Candidate will have experience with broad
transactional work such as: M&A, corporate contracts, business
formation, and government contracting. This is a great opportunity to
work on sophisticated transactional matters with direct client
interaction. Excellent writing, research, and communication skills are
needed. Seeking an attorney who is a motivated team player, takes
responsibility for work, and will contribute to the continued success of
the firm. Virginia Bar required, MD and DC bars a plus.
