Fonss & Estigarribia LLP (FELLP Law) is looking for a junior associate attorney to join our corporate, transactional and securities team. The candidate must have 1-4 years of relevant job experience to be considered for the position. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1-4 years of experience (no exceptions);
  • Passed the California Bar;
  • Have strong attention to detail;
  • Superb reading, writing and analytical skills; critical thing is a must.
  • Strong work ethic and be self-motivated;
  • An interest in corporate and transactional law;
  • A "go-getter" attitude that also values being part of a close knit team; and
  • The capability to work independently and diligently.
  • Must be ablet to successfully pass a background check.

At FELLP Law, you will receive high quality, hands-on training in corporate and transactional matters such as corporate formation and structuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity financings, redemptions and buyouts, government contracts and employment counseling. You will get the opportunity to work closely with companies across a range of industries. We take pride in developing our new attorneys to handle complicated corporate and transactional legal matters.

This is an on-site, in-person position at our Sorrento Valley office.

Compensation for this position will vary depending on experience.

  • The expected annual pay range for this position with a full-time schedule is $120,000 - $150,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.

Base Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
