Description:
Snell & Wilmer seeks to hire a technology transactions and privacy associate with four to seven years of experience to join its Corporate and Securities practice group, preferably in our Phoenix office. The candidate must have experience with SaaS, software, AI, biotech, and similar technology agreements, technology M&A transactions, as well as U.S. federal and state privacy and product counseling. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills required. State Bar membership is required in the jurisdiction in which the attorney will be practicing.This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm's benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses. The annual compensation range is $199,000 – $310,000, depending on experience.
