Meyer Law Ltd. is seeking a part-time attorney with 7+ years' experience working with technology companies on corporate and securities matters to join its growing practice. Must be licensed in California.Job Duties include:
- Advising clients on various entities, such as corporations and limited liability companies.
- Drafting corporate-related documents, such as bylaws, minutes, consents and founder's agreements.
- Advising clients on various structures to raise money.
- Drafting investment-related documents, such as convertible notes and subscription agreements.
- Due diligence reviewing clients structure, contracts, and more.
- Assisting clients with state and federal filings.
- Assisting clients with legal strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
