Meyer Law Ltd. is seeking a part-time attorney with 7+ years' experience working with technology companies on corporate and securities matters to join its growing practice. Must be licensed in California.

Job Duties include:

Advising clients on various entities, such as corporations and limited liability companies.
Drafting corporate-related documents, such as bylaws, minutes, consents and founder's agreements.
Advising clients on various structures to raise money.
Drafting investment-related documents, such as convertible notes and subscription agreements.
Due diligence reviewing clients structure, contracts, and more.
Assisting clients with state and federal filings.
Assisting clients with legal strategy.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Provide exceptional customer service.

This is a part-time opportunity that may lead to full-time down-the-line if desired. A book of business, or proven track record of building a book of business, is a plus. Compensation ranges from $100–$175 per hour, depending on experience, expertise, and ability to work independently.
