Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a mid to senior level transactional associate to join its Corporate & Securities Practice Group. This position is part of Womble Bond Dickinson's firmwide Public Company Advisors Team, and the associate will work in a collaborative environment as part of a dynamic multi-office team representing the firm's public company and other clients.This position may be based in any of our North Carolina or South Carolina offices, Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Denver, Houston, New York, Wilmington, and the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Qualifications:
- Candidates will have at least 4 years of corporate & securities experience in a large regional or national law firm
- Candidates will have experience with 1933 Act equity and debt securities offerings and 1934 Act matters, including, proxy statements, periodic reporting on Forms 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q, and Section 16 reporting.
- Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Candidates must also be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are located or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible.

- Womble Bond Dickinson offers competitive compensation and in addition, we offer a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and Paid Time Off “PTO”/Vacation. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.

- The national average salary range for this role is $225,000-$375,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications, and experience.
