Corporate Securities Associate – Mid-to Sr-Level – All OfficesBallard Spahr LLP is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its expanding Securities & Capital Markets practice in any of our 19 offices. Qualified candidates should have 3 to 7 years of experience in compliance and reporting, capital markets transactions, public company M&A, and corporate governance for publicly traded companies. The ideal candidate will have distinguished academic credentials, excellent communications skills and attention to detail, and a strong knowledge of '34 Act, '33 Act, stock exchange rules, and other relevant regulations and laws.
