Thompson Coburn is seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Corporate and Securities practice. The ideal candidate will have experience advising buyers, sellers, private equity firms, and investors on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, securities transactions, and other complex corporate matters. Candidates should have experience conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing deal processes, advising on corporate governance, and counseling clients on securities law and regulatory compliance. The Firm welcomes applicants who are self-starters, comfortable with client interaction and seeking career development and advancement opportunities. This position is open to recruiters. All candidates must currently be licensed to practice law in Missouri.
