Snell & Wilmer seeks an associate with four to six years of experience to join its Corporate & Securities group. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in corporate governance, '34 Act reporting, and general securities and finance matters. A thorough working knowledge of SEC rules and regulations, evolving rulemaking developments, and stock exchange listing requirements is essential. Prior in-house experience at a publicly traded company or a practice advising public company clients on corporate secretary functions and SEC compliance is a significant plus. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong training from a top-tier firm or legal department, superior communication and drafting skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a client-centric approach. This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm's benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses. for this role.

The annual base salary range for candidates placed in California is expected to be $219,000-$290,000, depending on experience.
