Snell & Wilmer seeks an associate with four to six years of experience to join its Corporate & Securities group. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in corporate governance, '34 Act reporting, and general securities and finance matters. A thorough working knowledge of SEC rules and regulations, evolving rulemaking developments, and stock exchange listing requirements is essential. Prior in-house experience at a publicly traded company or a practice advising public company clients on corporate secretary functions and SEC compliance is a significant plus. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong training from a top-tier firm or legal department, superior communication and drafting skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a client-centric approach. The annual base salary range for candidates placed in California is expected to be $219,000-$290,000, depending on experience.
