Description:
The Minneapolis office is seeking a Mid-Level M&A associate with a
minimum of 3 years' experience. Ideal candidates will have substantial
major law firm experience working on sophisticated M&A transactions,
both private and public. Experience with capital markets transactions,
corporate governance/fiduciary duty counseling, and/or disclosure and
other securities law compliance matters will be considered a plus.
