The Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP is currently seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our Corporate M&A/Private Equity group. Ideal candidates will have 3-8 years of corporate experience and a strong understanding of corporate law and deal management.Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $420,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
