The Opportunity:We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Chicago, Houston, New York or Seattle office.

The Day-To-Day:
As an Associate in the Corporate Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
You Have:
- 3-5 years of substantial M&A experience
- Experience and expertise in drafting the definitive purchase agreement and ancillary documents as well as managing due diligence and managing the M&A process efficiently
- The ability to interact confidently with clients, counterparties and colleagues
- The ability to manage smaller transactions, be capable of independent responsibility for major documentation and components of larger transactions
- Experience supervising, mentoring and inspiring junior associates
- Top law firm experience preferred, and a combination of law firm and in-house experience will be considered
- Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates must be admitted to the Bar of the state for which they are applying or meet the requirements to waive in
