Description:
We are seeking an associate with a minimum 2 years of experience in corporate counseling and M&A transactions to join our dynamic, middle market corporate practice group.The successful candidate will be comfortable:
- Managing complex corporate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, joint ventures and organizational documents
- Counseling with respect to day-to-day corporate legal issues
- Interacting directly with clients
- Collaborating with other team members
Candidates should possess a strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills, be willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction and work product, and be diligent, initiative-taking and collaborative.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of large law firm corporate experience
- Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees
- New Jersey admission required (within 12 months of hiring) / New York a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with careful attention to detail.
- Exceptional client service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
