Bring your 2-5 years of experience in debt capital markets and/or commercial finance to our dynamic Corporate Finance team in Palo Alto, San Francisco, Seattle or New York offices. You will have done borrower/issuer-side work and have experience in connection with single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, venture lending transactions, leveraged buyouts, offerings of convertible, high-yield, and investment-grade notes, and other structured financial instruments.
