Description:
We currently have an opening for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in debt capital markets and/or commercial finance to join our corporate finance group in the Palo Alto office. Ideal candidates will have done borrower/issuer-side work and have experience in connection with single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, venture lending transactions, leveraged buyouts, offerings of convertible, high-yield, and investment-grade notes, and other structured financial instruments. Be a part of our fast-paced, collegial, and team-oriented practice. Candidates must have superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $260,000 – $365,000, based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
