Dykema's Corporate Finance group seeks an associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and a strong interest in the healthcare industry. Prior exposure to the healthcare sector is a plus. This role will primarily support transactions for Dykema's industry-leading Medical and Dental Services Organizations group. Candidates should have experience with acquisition transactions, including drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and related ancillary documents. Familiarity with financing transactions and general corporate representation, including entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance matters, operating agreements, and commercial relationships, is preferred. Experience with other general corporate and/or lending matters would also be beneficial. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients at all levels. Eligibility for admission to the Texas State Bar is required.
