Zokaites Properties, LP and its direct affiliates is seeding an in-house experienced Real Estate and Litigation Attorney to provide legal counsel and strategic oversight for a prominent organization managing diverse real estate, infrastructure, and development/construction projects across Pennsylvania. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advise executive leadership, oversee complex agreements, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in development and construction initiatives.Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and legal services regarding disputes, torts, breach of contract, mandumus, and other business-related matters.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law.
- Prepare Pleadings and correspondence.
- Communicate with the CEO, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of real estate/litigation experience.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
