Basic Qualifications:

Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
5+ years of legal experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Advertising Law
Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent
Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention
Experience counseling on consumer electronics, hardware products, or IoT devices
Experience with product launches and go-to-market legal strategies
Experience working with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and public policy
Demonstrated ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice in fast-paced environments
