Position reports directly to VP - Legal responsible for Global Operations (including procurement), Trade Compliance, Research & Development, Products and US Government business

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including supply, vendor, sales and service, IP license, partnership, consulting, and transactional agreements
  • Counsels business teams on a range of legal topics, including intellectual property, commercial law, competition, product marketing, privacy and other legal and regulatory areas including trade compliance
  • Collaborate with the global legal team to develop and implement best practices and policies in the areas of contracting, licensing, and compliance
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by VP of Legal

  • J.D. degree and currently licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state
  • 5-8 years of experience at a national or large regional law firm or similar in-house role Litigators and other specialists looking to transition to a commercial in-house role are welcome to apply with relevant contract drafting and negotiating experience.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, shift priorities and manage time effectively
