What you get to do in this role:
We are seeking an information security attorney to play a key role supporting ServiceNow’s information security team, a critical priority for ServiceNow. This attorney will be a primary stakeholder in driving ServiceNow’s data security strategy, advising senior information security leadership on legal risk in a wide variety of security matters ranging from proactive strategy to incident response. The position will be based in one of our ServiceNow offices, or remote location in the U.S.
To be successful in this role, we need someone who:
- Current member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company
- Comprehensive understanding of the enterprise IT industry, including SaaS and cloud computing areas.
- A very strong orientation as a team-player and a bias for sharing information.
- A self-starter able to prioritize workload to set goals and meet deadlines in a fluctuating and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- 2+ years experience in the information security industry is a plus but not a requirement.

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
