Morris James seeks candidates who have a background handling complex corporate and commercial litigation matters, with focus in the Court of Chancery and Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytic abilities, excellent legal research and writing skills, and superior communication skills.
